A wonderful tobacconist and "pipe culture" center. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and a fine selection of pipes and tobaccos. Try one of the house blends, such as McArris. A must visit when in the area. Built by the founder, Tom McCranie, the shop is warm and cozy with none of the cold plastic look of today's mall shops. An excellent club website, and one that will make many of us a bit jealous. Tune in and be prepared to salivate. Someone please build a "clubhouse" like this in my neighborhood!
Visit a quaint English tobacco shop and browse away. Looking for estate Dunhill? Well look no further.
This site, and the one immediately below offer some of the most beautiful, and tempting, pictures on the web. Viprati pipes can be hard to get, but they are marvelous.

Elliot Nachwalter, American Pipe Maker. This is an interesting site which invites you to enter the pipe maker's studio. It's not the first of its kind, but very well done. Meet the pipe maker; tour his studio; see his pipes. Offers a unique perspective to the pipe enthusiast. Come visit for a spell.
Iwan Ries Pipe Shop of Chicago. This is the legendary Chicago pipe shop, boasting a stock of 20,000 pipes. It's on-line now, and offering a limited number of pipes for sale; we assume there are plans to increase the offering as time goes on.
Pipes & Tobaccos Magazine. This is the must-have periodical for every pipe smoker. The on-line presentation is good, and the actual magazine is even better. Get a preview and then subscribe (not a paid endorsement). This is what a good magazine should be: informative articles, entertaining features, great artwork. Even the ads are a pleasure. This is a periodical that deserves all pipe fan's support; if it were to go under the loss would be devastating.
Ben Irvin's Quality Cherrywood TampersNew to the internet, Ben Irvin is a maker of hand carved Flathead cherry wood pipe tampers, and blender
of traditional Montana and Western pipe tobacco mixtures. His is a small two person operation, but he has
been carving unique Indian style tampers for over thirty years; Ben is a member of the Crow tribe in
Southern Montana. Cherry trees grow in a small micro climate section of Montana (a 1 mile by 15 mile
strip of land on the southeast shore of Flathead Lake on the Flathead Indian Reservation). Reminds one of
Perique.
